Do you prefer playing a fast running game, or slow it down and set it up every time down the court?

Where am I?

We try to play fast. I think there are a lot of reasons why this is the best way to play. There are a lot of good defenses. You're better off trying to score before they get set up. It is also a fun way to play and to coach. It is fun for the fans. Also, I feel that there are a lot of teams that have susceptible transition defenses. Over the course of a game, you can wear down the opponent if you are well-conditioned and used to playing fast.

We prefer to play fast but I think at some point you will have to be efficient in the half court to win.  I think this mainly occurs when playing a quality team that prefers a slower pace because I believe it is easier to slow the pace than push the pace when quality teams are involved.

im prefering a fast game coz stats is always fast teams has more scoring average than slow team

conversion from deefens to offense is a very important and take a big part of team preperation

We try to play fast as much as we possibly can. I coach girls and we just don't want to slow our pace down or over complicate things for our girls. I really like it is all based on your personnel. We have some FAST girls so that really helps things.
