At the HS level during season, we would spend about 20 minutes per week on 1v1 skills.  We would put a much higher emphasis on 1v1 skills during our spring offseason and summer.

At the MS level, we spent 40 minutes per workout on dribblling (10), passing (5-10), and shooting (20-25) but only worked 1v1 skills later in the year.

During the season we have different days where this might be a theme in our Team practice whereby we will spend around max 12 minutes on 1 v 1 with 2-3 various drills.

At the start of the Season, we will spend a little more time on this area with regards to defending the 1st dribble from the Wing & Top as it relates to our philosophy.

We have different segments during a two hour practice, with different (2 dribbles, 3 dribbles, one side of the floor, et.) actions or finishing moves
