I see a number of people posting around culture and standards. How important do you believe having expectations and standards are in building a program and culture. Also what importance do you place on developing "good" people (i.e. people sharing common values)?
Here is my program's Statement of Standards to give you insight into ours. Feel free to share yours.

The OzSwoosh Character Building workout for younger kids to do at home. Choose a word from the list and use it to build the workout. Many of these are drills I use with my OzSwoosh Rookies (8-14), examples of some of them are available on the OzSwoosh YouTube channel under individual drills. Feel free to share with kids in your own programs who may be looking for home workouts. Stay safe and healthy.❤️ Sharing is caring!

G'day everyone I thought I would introduce myself. I am Coach Craig Rowe from Brisbane Australia and I have been involved in basketball as a coach for 30 years and as a player for approximately 23 of those. I look forward to sharing and contributing to discussions. Up until the recent crisis I was running my own private basketball academy OzSwoosh and was servicing basketball skill development program in 5 schools. Thank you for the invite. I look forward to sharing with you all.
