Shelley is an ACC professional coach specializing in creating a culture that promotes safety, builds resilience and nurtures peak performance in athletes, leaders and teams! She has a unique, four-lens view into the world of athletics.
Shelley integrates her specialized training and experiences as a DI basketball player & coach, parent of two DI players, and college basketball analyst to help coaches better understand how to intentionally create a culture that is safe, inclusive, builds grit and improves performance.
Shelley offers 1 on 1 mentor coaching, team coaching, consulting and event speaking. Services are virtual or in-person.
